Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully received.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Our products are shipped from fulfillment centers located within the United States.
To provide faster delivery, orders may be fulfilled from different warehouse locations based on inventory availability and the shipping destination.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist in working with the carrier to investigate the shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided:

We may be unable to modify the address after the order has been shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required.

Fimibuke is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Damaged Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged product.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and supporting photos.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
Split Shipments
For orders containing multiple items, products may ship separately and arrive at different times.
When this occurs, separate tracking numbers may be provided for each shipment.
