1. Where do you ship from?
Our products are shipped from fulfillment centers located within the United States. Orders are automatically routed to the nearest warehouse based on inventory availability and delivery address.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Fimibuke offers free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States.
4. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?

9. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Fimibuke products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This does not cover:

Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods available at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
11. Can I use a P.O. Box for delivery?
We currently do not support delivery to P.O. Boxes for some oversized items. Please provide a physical address for smooth delivery.
